I’m Catherine Dickson, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and woman on a mission to teach professional women like you how to stop binging, yo-yo dieting, and emotional eating, so you can reclaim your life and fall back in love with your body again!

Over the last five years I’ve helped dozens of women transform their relationship with food, shift deeply rooted personal beliefs about their body image and self-worth, and find enjoyment in taking care of and loving their bodies again! 

But it all started with one client who desperately craved a major mental, physical and emotional overhaul…

ME!

Back in 2013, I was living in my hometown in Louisiana. I had a great career working in Commercial Real Estate, plenty of friends and family nearby, and a sweet little home to call my own. But I was also suffering from an all-consuming eating disorder, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and inching closer to 300 lbs. by the day.

I was desperate for change and a life that was so much more fulfilling than my own, but was also terrified by the thought of rocking the boat. And after years of waiting and day-dreaming, I woke up one day and made the decision to move to Seattle. Who needed a job, a support system, or a plan anyway, right?! I was gunning for a fresh-start and knew I’d figure it out, eventually…

And fortunately I did!

  • I lost 130 lbs through diet and exercise and discovered the secret to maintaining my weight with ease

  • I healed an Eating Disorder that lasted over 10 years, which was something I thought I’d never recover from

  • I reclaimed my power when it came to food and stopped a lifetime of yo-yo dieting for good

  • I pivoted in my career and pursued a degree in Sport & Exercise Science and Certifications in Personal Training and Health Coaching

  • The last 8-years have been full of non-stop change, achievement and growth!


But the most valuable thing I’ve ever done was heal my relationship with food, my body image, and my self-worth…
