A good bowl of gumbo is hard to find outside of Louisiana, so let’s take matters into our own hands and learn from a master! My mom, a Louisianian and gumbo making extraordinaire, will be teaching us the ropes this week in making a shrimp and sausage gumbo you won’t forget!
