WHAT DAIRY FREE YOGURT DREAMS ARE MADE OF...

Have you tried the new Kite Hill Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Greek-Style Yogurt?

That may sound like a mouthful, but if you’re a dairy-free Biscuit like me, then you know what a challenge it is to find quality plant-based yogurt!

It was like the heavens opened up when I first saw it. Greek-Style, it’s too good to be true?! But after trying it over the weekend and loving it, I absolutely had to make a recipe to share with you.

So let’s talk through our ingredients.

  • First, start with your Kite Hill Greek yogurt or whatever yogurt you prefer best.

  • Then add some fresh or frozen berries! I love using frozen blueberries, fresh raspberries, or fresh blackberries as all three are high in fiber and lower in sugar than most fruit.

  • Next, add 1 tbsp. of hemp seed hearts for added fiber, protein, and healthy fats!

  • Lastly, top with your favorite nuts or seeds. I often use pecan pieces, chopped macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, or almond slivers.

  • And if you’re feeling extra festive, throw some cacao nibs on top too!

So why am I so fired up about this?!

Because breakfast is HARD for a lot of people! Especially if you’re dairy-free, egg-free, vegan, or gluten-free. Or maybe you have hormone imbalances and have trouble with your blood sugar. Or you might just want a quick and easy breakfast that doesn’t feel like brain surgery! Either way, I’ve got your back, friend.

I also love this recipe because it’s lower carb, from choosing berries and low-sugar yogurt, high in protein with the yogurt, nuts, and seeds, and high in fiber too! It’ll keep you full, satisfied, and ready to tackle your workday, with zero blood sugar swings in sight!

I hope you enjoy it and comment below to let me know how it went!

With Love, Catherine
